Fulfilment 

We kindly remind you that all our orders are manufactured on request, which means that we do not have a stock of products readily waiting, as our products are each sold in a limited amount to guarantee their exclusivity.

Delivery issues

Please first take up the issue with the logistics partner with the tracking number they provided and inform about the issue. If they fail to resolve the issue properly, please contact us at info@bernardoaccolti.com and we will try and resolve the issue with them. As for the responsibility, the logistics partner is the one who is responsible for the order when it has been shipped. However, we still wish to extend our service towards our customers in case of issues.

Returning purchased artwork?

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition as received, unused with the labels and in its original packaging. The proof of purchase is also a requirement. The time period to be eligible for the return is within 14 days after the date provided on the invoice.

Register your return at info@bernardoaccolti.com. After registration you will receive an email with instructions and address details. Postage and shipping/custom charges are not covered by us. Your product has to be wrapped and packed properly to avoid any damage during the shipping. Items returned to us without a properly submitted and confirmed return request will not be accepted. 

The payment will be refunded within 14 days after having announced the wish to return . The product involved has to be in our possession within the same 14 days.

Cancelling orders

As long as the fulfilment process of your order hasn’t been initiated, the order can still be cancelled within 12 hours after placing the order.

Taxes and customs

Packages are not labelled as duty paid, but in most regions this isn’t required. We are not responsible for any restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations imposed by customs that may apply in any given country. Any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed, are your full responsibility. In case of any questions regarding this matter, we encourage you to contact your local customs office. Nevertheless, we will ship orders to any address you provide, without any inquiry from our part. Please note that your region’s customs office may delay the arrival of your package. Make sure to contact them if this is the case.
